A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Art holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree as well as 30 years of experience in a wide variety of roles within the Information Technology profession. Art is dedicated to providing the security, tools and automation required for growth and success.<\/p>\n

Chief Operating Officer<\/p>\n

Mandy spent over 30 years within in the Finance Industry including several years spent as an Equities Trader on the London Stock Exchange. Following her move to the US in 2001, this wealth of experience made the transition into the real estate industry and lifestyle and community management seamless. Maintaining her diligent British work ethic, Mandy has set herself apart as someone who is very adaptable to change, and overcomes any obstacle and continuously motivates her team to do the same. She has successfully managed onsite communities of over 3000+ rooftops, as well as many smaller portfolio style properties, throughout Florida and South Carolina for the last 15 years. She volunteers at Give Kids the World with over 2,500 service hours to date.<\/p>\n

Chief Financial Officer<\/p>\n

Dennese has 25 years of Accounting experience with Nonprofits and Government Accounting. She has worked with auditors and CPA\u2019s on extensive audits delivering great success. Her Education includes a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University. Dennese also has 10 years\u2019 experience in Property Management and working with HOA\u2019s. She has lead many teams in developing strategic plans and policy and procedures for accounting teams.<\/p>\n

Stacey joined Evergreen in 2017. Her education includes a Master\u2019s Degree in Accounting from New England College and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration from Trine University. Together with her education and 18 years of accounting experience, Stacey is dedicated to make Evergreen a superior property management company.<\/p>\n

Kraig has been in the community development field for more than a decade. He got his start in Arizona managing communities for Blandford Homes, Pulte Homes, and Meritage Homes and was quickly swept up by AAM to handle all of their Florida operations. After a few years, Kraig saw that to realize his full potential he needed to build his own company. This realization came in the form of a partnership with MG Orender and his management company, Evergreen Lifestyles Management. Since taking control, Evergreen has seen tremendous growth and earned a reputation for quality, consistency, and innovation.<\/p>\n

Born in Rota, Spain and raised in a military family, Jennifer brings a natural ability of adaptation and hospitality to the Customer Care Department. With more than 15 years of customer service experience as an agent, lead and supervisor, Jennifer has frontline hands-on experience on what it takes to provide world class customer service and she is passionate about delivering it. Her vision for Evergreen\u2019s Customer Care Department is to always be able to meet resident\u2019s needs and be renowned for great service and a positive experience.<\/p>\n

Gloria is\u00a0originally from Miami, FL. She\u00a0relocated to Central Florida with\u00a0her family, she earned a degree in business administration while attending college.\u00a0Gloria has\u00a0been a licensed real estate broker since 2005 and a licensed community manager since 2011.\u00a0Gloria recently welcomed a baby girl who makes\u00a0her appreciate life in a whole new way.\u00a0She enjoys helping communities maintain a level of excellence that homeowners expect and are proud to call home.<\/p>\n

Andrew joined Evergreen\u2019s team in 2016 with a background in Retail, Hospitality, and Customer Service.\u00a0 He has over six years of leadership experience and graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.<\/p>\n

Area Manager – Central Florida Portfolio<\/p>\n

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Jamie is originally from a small town in Kansas and relocated to Florida in 2002.\u00a0Jamie has been in the Property Management industry for 13 years in a variety of positions from Onsite Condos to being a Portfolio Community Manager for Homeowners Associations. she currently manages a Portfolio of communities in Central Florida. Jamie enjoy the Lifestyle aspect that Evergreen brings to the table and loves seeing the joy in our residents faces when an event comes together.\u00a0Jamie is a people person and enjoy the diversity this industry brings. Fun Fact: The first time\u00a0Jamie saw the ocean\u00a0was when she was\u00a023 years old!<\/span><\/p>\n

Todd joined the Evergreen family in December of 2016. He brings nearly a decade of community association experience in portfolio and on-site condo management to Evergreen. With 15 years of film production, construction, HVAC, service industry, maintenance and warehouse management; he works hard to bridge the gap between Board member\/homeowner and client\/vendor relationships.<\/p>\n

Community Manager – Victoria Park | Senior CAM<\/p>\n

Michelle Saunders recently joined the Evergreen team bringing 11 years of experience in the community association industry. She was also a past Board Member of the Community Association Institute – Central Florida Chapter and has managed\u00a0active adult, golf course and large master planned communities throughout Central Florida.<\/p>\n

<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Sheri was born and raised in central Florida.\u00a0 She received her Bachelor\u2019s Degree from the University of Florida in Recreation and her Master Degree in Public Administration from Troy University.\u00a0 She has worked in the field of recreation and management since 1989 and enthusiastically runs the Lifestyles program at one of the largest active adult communities in Central Florida for over 16 years.\u00a0 Her passion for working with active adults and her outstanding customer service has assisted her in developing one of the best Lifestyles program in Central Florida.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Executive Director of Administrative Services<\/p>\n

Graduated from Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach in 1984 concentrating on business classes rather than general studies. Graduated with high honors.\u00a0\u00a0Patti has been working as a legal professional in the field of real estate from 1983 to 1999.\u00a0 In 1999\u00a0she changed directions and became part of this world we call Planned Unit Developments. Patti\u00a0has worked in just about every aspect from receptionist to accounts payable clerk to community manager all the way to assistant division manager in 2014. She decided it was time for a change and followed some dear friends to a growing young company called Evergreen Lifestyles Management in 2015.\u00a0\u00a0Patti is thankful to be part of the foundation for this young company and hope to see it do great things in the future. Patti is also a senior classman working on my Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Christian Leadership and Management with a Minor in Christian Counseling.\u00a0 Seems to\u00a0her they are a perfect complement to\u00a0her current profession and she can see a bright future ahead for us all.<\/p>\n

Regional Lifestyle Director – North Florida<\/p>\n

Lynzi joined Evergreen in 2016 as a Lifestyles Director in North Florida. As a North Florida native Lynzi appreciates the value of small communities and strives to incorporate events and activities that bring residents closer together while promoting the community spirit. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she obtained a degree in Business Management.<\/p>\n

Jennifer joins Evergreen in the North Florida area as a Portfolio Manager. Jen has 8 years combined property management experience and 10 years of accounting experience with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. <\/p>\n

Lifestyle Director – Terralago<\/p>\n

Jenny Hoey moved to Lakeland, Florida from Miami where she worked in the non-profit sector.\u00a0 She has over 30 years of high level administrative and customer service experience across multiple industries.\u00a0Born in Lima, Peru she\u2019s also lived in Venezuela and is a fluent Spanish speaker.\u00a0 Her passions are cooking and traveling when she is not working at Terralargo as a Lifestyles Administrator since 2014.<\/p>\n

Regional Lifestyle Director – Central Florida<\/p>\n

Amy was born and raised in England, relocating to the US with her family in 2001. Attending both High School and College in the United States. Amy became a citizen in 2015. Her early career has been as a personal assistant to a blind attorney, being his eyes in all aspects of Real Estate Law. Amy has a flair for planning and executing great events. Utilizing her excellent "OCD" skills, Amy helps to keep the Lifestyle programs vibrant across the Central Florida region, as well as excelling in social media and website presence. <\/p>\n

She has<\/span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">\u00a0been in the United States for 15 years, working in the hospitality industry. Sandra has\u00a0been with Hampton Golf Clubs\/Evergreen for 10 years. She came to the\u00a0<\/span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">States to do\u00a0her internship for\u00a0her Hospitality Management degree. Sandra\u00a0loves weight lifting and keeping herself active. Sandra elieves that you keep your youth by staying active and positive.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Born and raised in DeLand Florida, Justine graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida \u2013 Rosen College of Hospitality Management. With over 6 years of Lifestyle Activities experience, Justine continues to bring new and exciting trends to her Lifestyle Program at Victoria Park.<\/p>\n

After 16 years of living on the \u201cWorld\u2019s Most Beautiful Beaches\u201d in the Florida Panhandle, Dayna returned to Central Florida in 2013 to continue pursuing a career in community association management. Dayna has experience with Developer and Homeowner-controlled communities, with a strong background in contract negotiations, budgeting and a focus on customer relations with positive communications. <\/p>\n

Andrea comes to Evergreen with 15 years of experience in residential property management. At her last position she served multiple roles including training and mentoring of new team members for the Northwest and Southern California Regions. Lease \u2013 ups, renovation projects and value add properties. She was also part of the acquisition team from 2015 to early 2017. In 2015 one of her Southern California communities was awarded \u201cCommunity of the Year 250 + units" by the San Diego Apartment Association. Her history of success is widespread with other multifamily property management firms as well, including MG Properties Group and Guardian Management Real Estate. Andrea attended college at Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona and she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Management at NAU in 2015.<\/p>\n

Bill has been in Community Management for 2 years and joined the Evergreen Team on January 1, 2018. He is from Long Island, New York and was a Chef there for 15 years. Bill has 5 kids which takes up any spare time he may have.<\/p>\n

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Bob joined the Evergreen family in August 2017. His experience includes facility management and portfolio community management. Bob has a degree in Finance with a background in accounting\/finance, database development and sports TV production. With over 5 years of leadership experience, Bob aims to consistently bring a positive and professional approach to the portfolio CAM role.<\/p>\n
