\nMarch 1, 2018\u2014Florida Community Association Journal<\/em> magazine announced its fifth annual Readers\u2019 Choice Award winners in the March 2018 issue of the magazine with an expanded section profiling notable winners for the year.<\/p>\n

One of the more notable winners was Evergreen Lifestyles Management with offices in Jacksonville, Orlando, Windermere and Ft. Myers. Between Evergreen and Hampton Golf (sister company established in 1999) they have over 18 years in facility management. This scope includes full service amenity centers, clubhouses, onsite restaurants, and commercial retail management.<\/p>\n

In addition, Evergreen specializes in curating Lifestyle Programs that bring residents together in a way that results in a stronger community and a more profitable development. Offerings include budgeting, planning and execution of events, organizing and working with resident clubs, conceiving and programming educational classes, as well as implementation and maintenance of world class fitness programs. The Lifestyle programs are diverse and designed to specifically meet the needs of the residents on a per community basis.<\/p>\n

The FLCAJ<\/em> Readers\u2019 Choice Awards is a unique recognition program that shines a spotlight on the positive and productive contributions by community association service providers across Florida. They are presented to service providers that demonstrate through their commitment to the community associations they serve an exemplary level of proficiency, reliability, fairness, and integrity.<\/p>\n

Since being founded in 2013, the Awards have grown every year, with more than 390 service providers nominated for this year\u2019s awards and more than 7,500 votes cast.<\/p>\n

There is no fee to enter the Awards and the entire submission process is done online. Winners are chosen based solely on the total number of votes.<\/p>\n
