The two Evergreen-managed communities are Solivita<\/strong><\/em> and Vitalia at Tradition<\/strong><\/em> and they placed in the top 25 in the United States! The 55Places.com website helps the user explore the perfect 55+ active adult retirement communities, which includes the amenities, lifestyle, and locations most desired across the nation. 55Places.com uses location, environment, amenity and lifestyle options, as well as measuring the quantity of visitors to each communities\u2019 page on their website, to come up with the best active 55+ communities in America.<\/p>\n

Solivita, which is located in Kissimmee, FL, is ranked #5 on the list. It is centrally located in Florida and close to all that Orlando has to offer. Solivita is a resort-style community with a Village Center including two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, restaurants for casual dining or special events, state-of-the-art exercise facilities, a luxurious spa, 14 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and SO much more! With more than 250 clubs, hundreds of social events and over 200 classes ranging from sports and fitness to cultural pursuits and hobbies (and even educational classes offered through their own \u201cSolivita University\u201d), residents will always have something to look forward to.<\/p>\n
