Evergreen is egg-cited about our Eggstravaganzas this season, utilizing the egg-celent skills of our Lifestyle Directors. You might be seeing a theme here, hmm eggs! To be precise 30,000 of them!
Across the state, the Lifestyle teams planned many egg hunts and spring carnivals to welcome the arrival of the Easter Bunny and the Spring season. Evergreen was excited to partner with American Carnival Mart out of St. Louis, MO for our pre-filled eggs.

No matter the size of the community, from our smallest (under 100 rooftops) to our largest (over 4,000 rooftops), we try to identify many creative ways to kick off the season, celebrating the major holidays and always adding new events. With the rapid growth of Evergreen since the last Spring season, this year the Spring Festivals were a first at many of our new additions. We pride ourselves in creating traditions and bringing the communities together. What better way to do that than special treats, carnival rides, games, prizes and lots of fun filled eggs.
Our events are not just egg hunts however, our maintenance teams have been working hard to create unique games and attractions for our community carnivals as well. We partner with many vendors including Merry Minstrel and Orlando Event Pros to deliver carnivals rides and entertainment to further enrich the social experiences of our residents.
